Identification data: surname, first name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number.
Order data: products purchased, amount, order history.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider (BELYZLASH does not store your full bank details).
Browsing data: IP address, cookies, pages viewed (see the Cookies section).

Purposes of the processing
Your data is used to:
process and deliver your orders;
manage the customer relationship and after-sales service;
manage registrations for training courses;
send you marketing communications, with your consent;
improve our website and our services;
comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis
The processing operations are based on: performance of the contract (orders, training courses), your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest (improvement of services) and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing).

Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes pursued: order data is retained for the statutory period (in particular 10 years for accounting records), and marketing data until you withdraw your consent or for 3 years after the last contact.

Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for BELYZLASH and for the processors required for the operation of the service: hosting provider (Vercel), e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment provider, carriers. These providers are bound by confidentiality and use your data solely for the purposes of the services they provide.

Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (including Vercel and Shopify) may process data outside the EU. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses) are put in place to ensure an adequate level of protection.
