Terms and Conditions of Sale
and Use

The purpose of the Terms of Use is to define how the website is made available and the conditions under which it may be used by the user.

The website is freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection. All costs relating to access (equipment, connection) are borne by the user. BELYZLASH endeavours to ensure access to the website 24 hours a day but may not be held liable in the event of unavailability due to maintenance, updates or force majeure.

Creating an account may be necessary in order to place an order. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. They are responsible for any activity carried out from their account.

All content on the website is protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited (see Legal Notice).

The Seller offers for sale eyelash extension products (lashes, adhesives, care products, accessories) as well as professional training courses. The products are intended for professional use by eyelash extension technicians. The essential characteristics of the products are set out on each product page.

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. BELYZLASH reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

The order is confirmed once these T&Cs have been accepted and payment has been confirmed. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the Client. BELYZLASH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, on legitimate grounds or where stock is unavailable.

Payment is made online by bank card or by any other method offered on the website (including payment in instalments where applicable). Transactions are secure. The order is only deemed effective once the banking payment centres have confirmed their approval.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client when placing the order, within the stated timeframes (as an indication: 24 to 72 hours in mainland France, excluding preparation time and outside working days). Risk is transferred to the Client upon handover of the parcel. In the event of a delay, the Client may contact customer service at lash.belyz@gmail.com.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a Client who is a consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Return costs are borne by the Client. Products must be returned as new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, unsealed products (adhesives, lashes, care products) may be neither returned nor exchanged (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) sales, nor to training services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the Client's agreement.

Registration for a training course constitutes acceptance of the specific conditions (dates, venue, kit included). Any cancellation by the Client less than [X] days before the date may give rise to the retention of [X] % of the amount. BELYZLASH reserves the right to postpone a training course where numbers are insufficient or in the event of force majeure.

The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the warranty against latent defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defective product, the Client should contact customer service at lash.belyz@gmail.com.

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR (see the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy). The Client has a right of access to, rectification of and erasure of their data.

As the products are intended for professional use, the Client acknowledges that they have the skills and training required to use them. BELYZLASH may not be held liable for any misuse of the products.
